This 200 year old farmhouse has been sympathetically restored with the aim of keeping many of the original features intact, retaining much of the character and charm of the house.
At Cortijo Nispero every effort is made to be as environmentally friendly as possible. There are wood burning stoves, solar hot water, and even fruit and vegetables are grown on the property.
All modern comforts, gas central heating will warm you through the depths of winter. And, the inviting swimming pool will cool you in the summer.
There are two doubles and a twin room available, all en-suite and guests have their own lounge with wood burning stove and satellite T.V. and private sun terrace.
In the garden there is room enough for guests to find privacy, and enjoy a hammock for some pure shaded relaxation among the fruit trees?
Evening meals are provided on request with many ingredients coming from the organic vegetable garden. Alfonsos, a 5 minute walk away provides a simple and delicious meal to remember.
Only a 15 minute drive away, is the nearest town, Arboleas offering a choice of four good restaurants.
Rates: €50 per room per night including breakfast, reduced to €40 per night
for stays of 3 or more nights.
